Angela Sun
Angela Sun (born October 19 1979 in Santa Clara County of California) is an American journalist, presenter on television and sportscaster. Angela Sun is a multi-award winner journalist, sportscaster, and producer. She has a master's degree in sociology and communications from the University of California. Sun was a pro at surfing. She took part in various professional-am surfing competitions, which led to sponsorship deals with brands like Roxy Reef Billabong Vans. It was the fame she gained from the events she took part in which led Sun to the realm of entertainment. Later, she became an investigative film director and journalist as well as a sportscaster. Sun was employed by several news networks, mostly as an anchor. She was a reporter in 2003 as reporter with Fox Sports Net. Her 2012 hosting duties included American Ninja Warrior, alongside Matt Iseman. Sun hosted The Yahoo Sports Minute in 2014. Sun is the first Asian American person to have appeared on ESPN Fox Sports Yahoo Sports Tennis Channel. Sun is a regular in a number of films and has received not only praise but also fame for her acting skills. She's appeared in numerous films, including Goliath (2017) Hit the Floor (2014-2016), A Perfect Getaway (2009) Shackled (2015) Street Kings (2008) and Glowsticks and Drumsticks (2005). Sun's 2014 feature length documentary Platic Paradise The Great Pacific Garbage Patch was a film about the effects of plastic pollution on the oceans. She composed, directed, and produced the film herself.
